"Fraud without action"
I am writing to you to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the way my case of financial fraud has been handled by your bank. On April 29th, 2023 at 11:30 am, my bank account in Commercial bank was hacked by professional hackers, resulting in a loss of 62,000 Qatari Riyal. I visited your bank City Center branch immediately (within one hour) to report this issue and called 44495095 while I am there, but I have faced two days of mistreatment and a lack of support from Commercial bank team. The assistant branch Manager in City Center reported that they cannot do anything and the only way is to go to the police, he only block the card and said what happened is happened
I have been working hard for almost two years to save this money, and I strongly believe that if the bank had responded immediately, I would not have lost my money.
Morning April 30th, 2023, I went to the bank and gave them a report issued by the Cyber Financial Criminal Security Authority; I found that 19,974 QAR in my account statement on hold. (Attached is the statement from Umm Lebkha Branch) Again they said that they cannot do anything and they will raise a case to the Commercial Bank Fraud team. The next morning day on the 1st of May, I went back to the same branch to check for another bank statement which mentioned that I have 19,974 QAR (Attached is the updated statement) again with no action at all. On the 2nd of May, my bank statement has been exhausted and it is for only 700,32 QAR as a remaining balance. It is highly concerning that no action has been taken to stop all this transactions. I have been deeply disappointed and frustrated by the way your bank has handled this situation so far. I understand that cases like mine are not uncommon, but as a customer, I expect your bank to provide me with adequate support, assistance and experience in such cases.
Therefore, I am requesting that your bank takes immediate action to refund my stolen funds as soon as possible since they let the hacker take all my money by executing transactions from my account despite stopping it. I am willing to cooperate with your team and provide any further information necessary to help with this process. I would like to highlight that I have kept a record of all the interactions I've had with the bank, including the date, time, and names of the bank representatives I've spoken with.
Moreover, I would like to stress the importance of the bank taking the necessary precautions and implementing effective security measures to prevent such incidents from happening in the future. As a loyal customer of your bank, I have put my trust in your team to protect my financial security, and I hope that you take this matter seriously.

I really got a very bad experience with the commercial bank at Doha festival city branch specially with the Syrian supervisor who was very rude and not professional at Al all , the bank deduct a fees from my account for converting some dollars and the cashier did not mention that to me or even inform me about those new fees and after I realize this amount after some time I went Back to the branch and talk to them and request a clear clarification about the fees that was deducted without informing me and the big surprise from a non professional team was that they told me this is a new rules from the bank and we are not aware about it and the fees was deducted from your account before we receive the circular from the head office , and the reply from them that we can not do anything for you .

worst banking service i face in CB Q alsad branch Qatar, last October onward i am going there to open an account, they ask us to sit there for long hours and when i reaches to staff they says they changes there rules and policy's and ask me to come back with other documents, when i come with that all documents and again i took the token and wait there for long time and i reaches the staff, again says they change there policy and they are compelling me to take insurance... they ask me to talk with the supervisor, so i talk to the supervisor he said me every month they changing the company policy...... feels that they don't have a stand....
Going in such branch is a complete waste of time and money.
one more thing only recommendation people they don't look any rules and policy, they do for them what ever they need it...

Why it's very hard to contact a call center agent I'm trying one hour all I'm getting is put id put otp put last five digits last five transactions put put put put then they cut the call this is really a very bad service and thus was not the first time

Really a bad service from branch and customer service......I lost my money from my account someone hacked there system and wen I go to complain the lady told they cannot do anything and she told that if I want I can close my account from the bank
Even wen I asked the assurance of my account she told there nthng assurance about our account indirectly she is saying that we don't have secured bank account

Good day! I've been using commercial bank for almost 3 years. And the service is still worst nothing change. This recorded operator is so irritating.

I have horrible experience in CBQ Al Saad branch, I impressed wi the place however the staff are badly needed training in costumer service, they dont know how to treat client in positive way, they are not polite and not helpful at all, from security to costumer service, the Indian lady on that night around 7:10 PM is so rude while talking to me since ive waited for too long hours, I dont know why every client opening new account is handling for more than an hour, and only 2 costumers service on duty.
Kindly add additional staff for convenient of your client and be polite to the client as well , and the requirements should be accurate because they are reviewing the requirements from the security, after they will send you back if there is missing i go back home to complete as they said and when i come back they let me in, and i wait for almost 3hours then the Indian Lady is not helpful at all. She told me go to the office of the Manager, and when I go there finally he left, and she turn the next number.
And I got nothing to do just to go home.
