Worst bank ever its been 4 days everyday waiting for long queue line to reach customer service but failed eve booked online appointment but very failed service . They dnt care about people time .

I have to close my account and nobody even bothered to reply to my email and kept reminding them with several mails.
It takes months for them to reply and I even paid to get my letter to them. Still no action from April 2023 up to now.

Poor and very bad customer sevice I experienced in their City center branch. This lady seating 2nd row from the left with fake eyebrows let me wait for 15mins just to do her things on her PC without even asking me what is my concern! PLEASE AVOID CITY CENTER BRANCH!!!

"NO HELP FOR MY CREDIT CARD CHARGE DISPUTE"
My credit card was charged but i did not authorize it. I needed help to raise a dispute to reverse the charge. After verification through CBQ IVR there is no option for me to speak to a live representative.Option 1= accounts = it will provide your account balance, option 2 = credit card activation "which blocked temporarily, option 3= to enable your card for international transaction then # to end the call. No available representative to provide help? I spent an hour over the phone to get a live representative but no luck. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! it seems like you need to go to one of their branch to sort things out. What a Service!

I would say most customer service (Not all) were unprofessional. A CBQ bank employee lied to me, to just get me off the phone, mind you he was my bank relationship manager (focal contact).

I had a complaint about their grand ha mad branch , bank street. Staff & Manager don't like people to come to their branch. In the cash counter one lady she don't like to work at all.
she will not call the next token. if called , she will be very angry and is murmuring .
The counter staff if one token taken after they goes to washroom , again comes call one token again goes to washroom. When we complaint the manager looks at the empty chair and says what to do.
