Please allow customer to speak your customer service on the phone, not by answering machine. We have issues on our account but cannot resolve through by phone. Worst of all worst...Customer service on the branch itself will take few hours on the line and nothing will happen in your problem.

"Worst Experience with Commercial Bank Qatar"
This is my first visit where I found worst experience with Commercial Bank Qatar (CBQ). Account is deliberately opened to those customers who don't belong to Qatar and comes to Qatar for job. Actually what I experienced with it:
1) Serious issue found related to contingency planning and succession planning of staffing.
2) Lack of timely services to the customers with due care as what they are expected initially when they are onboard.
3) Lack of resolution of customer issues on priority basis which are their primary responsibility which they avoid to own them.
CBQ knows pandemic surges around them, but they don't have contingency plan to manage the customer related issues on top priority basis. This is an alarming situation for all who resides in Qatar and ready to travel to Qatar.
My sincere advise to all of them that don't go with this bank till your stay in Qatar. There is a lot of Banking options in Qatar. So. try with them.

Commercial Bank Qatar is an awful awful bank. I regret signing up with them when I moved to Qatar. They provide zero customer service, their branches close at 3pm and are not flexible to serve their clients at all. During Covid, they still require you to come to the collection center (which operates from 8:30-3pm) to collect your new credit card, no option of sending card by mail or the option to pick-up at a branch that has more convenient hours.
Very disappointed customer, I would never recommend this bank to anyone. You are way better off signing up with QNB.

ain khaled branch manager is the worst person ever can be in his position , i went there to make a cash deposit there 3 machines 2 of them not functioning and one with 20 persons line , so i went inside the branch and took a token then direct to counter fount out they don't accept cash deposit unless its above 50k i asked the manager he said wait in the line i cant do anything to you i told him the other machines not working he said then wait for the working one. its the bank or the branch manager unprofessional this made me switch to another bank with more professional and respectful. DONT DEAL WITH CBQ

The bank workers not professional , specially the collection department. Note to the managment don't choose cheap employees that'll effect the bank image in generally. please send your employees for customer service courses if you cared about your business. i advice you to check bank call records randomly to know how your employees dealings with us
