We were after a small quantity of terracotta tiles no thicker than 10 mms. Baked Earth were the only company we could find that supplied this type of tile but their minimum order was 5 square metres - we were only after 1 square metre. We spoke to a very helpful gentleman over the phone who agreed we could order the amount we required. The tiles arrived within 2 days of ordering. Ahad at Baked Earth has been a real pleasure to buy from. I have at different times over the years had three floors laid with handmade terracotta tiles. This time I went with the Baked Earth Bangladeshi tiles rather than Mexican Saltillo. They are more rustic but - or rather and - equally good.

Ahad was extremely helpful and reliable throughout the buying process. Very helpful and straight when I was choosing the tiles online, very helpful about the ordering, and storing the tiles until I was ready for them and then ensuring they were delivered absolutely on time, and very helpful with aftercare queries.

They are excellent people to work with, selling a good product very effectively fairly and helpfully. I recommend them to everyone.
