Beautiful result, great service. These are a similar stye to anything Fired Earth might offer as 'artisanal' tiles, at less than a tenth of the price. (I've checked!) It isn't a perfectly consistent (i.e. boring) finish for those that want it, and you may have to put in some work (e.g. to seal them). But we are so happy with them.

Samples arrived very quickly. I was initially sent the wrong one but it was corrected immediately and the new one sent out. I haven't purchased yet but the initial experience has been good.

£9 for sample and postage; sample arrives cracked. Disappointingly NOT proper kiln-fired terracotta, but crumbly, 'artisan'-made clay painted brown (the sealer, apparently). Wouldn't last a week on a well-trafficked floor.

We have a tricky project requiring unusually thin flooring and where delivery would be a problem. Baked Earth have been helpful throughout and the product is exactly what we need.

Baked Earth charged £6 to send a sample tile! £6!!. And they charged for the sample tile as well. All the other tile suppliers sample and postage was free or postage was free.

Won’t be getting our tiles from them.
