It’s the first time I ordered with them, the terracotta tiles were of very good quality and looked beautiful once laid. Had few of them broken during delivery, but they have a very efficient customer service team who were happy to replace all of the broken tiles

As a rule I dont write reviews but felt I need to give credit where credit is due.
Despite always having a number of reservations of using a Company I knew very little about I would highly recommend Baked Earth to anyone. Service was attentive and responsive and the team were very friendly despite my ignorance in laying tiles externally. The order came as indicated at time of purchase and they even agreed to send some ahead of time so I was able to commence laying a front path ahead of starting the courtyard. The tiles themselves were excellent. These are cley so need a bit of love when laying and are fragile until laid. A good few of the tiles had broken in transit but there were sufficient additional extras added to the order to compensate. The pattina of the tiles is amazing. Dont expect uniform. Each tile tells a storey. I grouted using Sika fastfix and complimented the tiles wells.
A big thanks to the team. If you are in any doubt about using Baked Earth, if you have the same experience as I had you will be pleased with how easy it is to work with these people.

Very good communication, fast and efficient, the product is a rustic product but of very good quality, some tiles were broken due to transport, it is inevitable, it is important to consider an extra percentage, as should be done when buying tiles of any kind. Very happy with the final result, it is not easy to find this type of product everywhere.

Great service throughout the whole process of ordering to delivery and even after care for my tiles! Not only did my tiles come in good packaging and in time for my project but Baked Earth had the curtesy to also provide spares in case any had broken- free of charge!
