My first time using the app, this company have either lost or stolen my £500 dress. Complete joke. STAY AWAY I MEAN IT.

I’m used to using this service more than two years-sometimes the quality of their service was not very good but mostly it was good enough, before.... They collected my clothes (12 items) from my house ( every time, before I give them to driver, I take a photo of my clothes), but they return me back just 11! After that, I wrote them about missed item which cost about 500 pounds, but, afte their investigation, it took long time, they replied me that they didn’t found my jumper and they refuse to compensate me lost item. Can you imagine that? What is the mess? And who must keep a responsible for that?

missed multiple deliveries and collections, charged for a voucher incorrectly, overall poor experience.
To be clear, the driver never rang the door or contacted us... we I even waited downstairs for 10 minutes whilst on the phone to your customer service adviser.

Blaim to another company to not deliver my order on time and date that was expected is not what I deserve as a customer. Zipjet should have enough resources to not rely on their employees phone data to provide a service.
