"Delivered my expensive bedding to the wrong client! LOST!!!"

I've now had two bad experiences with Zipjet. One is still ongoing!! Three sets of Frette bedding, one set of Missoni bedding, and two Hermes custom-made cushion covers were delivered to someone else on Monday. The driver accused my housekeeper of misplacing the items that he swore he delivered to us. He was very defensive and came into my entrance, making me feel very unsafe. Then I showed him the cctv footage from my front door showing that he DID NOT deliver the goods and he split without an apology. The person who received the goods erroneously isn't responding to Zipjet (he's suddenly traveling and no one can open the door!!!) so I doubt I will get my items back. I'm filling out the compensation forms but have to provide receipts and all these items were purchased by my decorator so I have to go back and hound him to provide invoices. I spent a whole day on the phone with Zipjet and kept getting the run around... simply dreadful. It's now day 3 and nothing has happened. They keep saying that they are trying to recover the items and are "confident" that they will get them back. In the meantime they said they will only look into compensating me after a week!!!!!
The second instance was when they misplaced my frette pillowcase and it took a long time for them to find it. They also called me once asking if I'd received someone else's items so I think their logistics management systems are really bad.

"Fast, easy service"

Picked up at the time they said they would and dropped off. Coat looks great, voucher worked. Not had any problems with them personally! Will be using them again.

"POOR DRY CLEANING AFTER MULTIPLE ORDERS"

I've used this service on multiple occasions and it's always been inconsistent. They've damaged a very expensive jacket of mine and it still came back stained after 2 washes, so firstly they couldn't even clean the product but then it shrunk and was damaged and they refused to take responsibility for it.

They have a really poor customer service by their Rep (Sophie), it doesn't cost a business to have good mannerisms, when someone's expensive item is damaged as a result of your service, you should display some level of sympathy.

I don't recommend this service, it may be tempting due to the prices but honestly it's not worth the hassle. If you have expensive items to dry clean, AVOID this business like the plague. The only positive I can think of is that this service picks up and delivers to you at a time of your choice, but to be honest there are multiple dry cleaners that offer this service now.

"Amateurisme"

Quand je réceptionne des affaires qui ne m'appartiennent pas, je ne peux être qu'insatisfait. Qui plus est lorsque la prestation qui a été réalisée pour un autre m'est comptée (les affaires de ce client m'ont été retournées une deuxième fois!)
Sans compter un sens commercial qui frôle le néant.
Sans compter le passage pour recuperer les affaires de l'autre client qui n'a pas été honoré.

"DO NOT USE, 3RD MISSING ITEM! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE"

I am being forced to write a review as I have not had a response to my missing item inquiry.

This is the 3rd time Zipjet have lost an item of mine and this time they are refusing to compensate for doing so coming up with the following excuses
- We have checked everything at our facility, but I'm afraid we are not able to find any remaining item for you.
- My apologies, but since the order was delivered a month ago, I'm afraid we would not be able to compensate you for the cost of the item.

The item I refer to is a belt on a dress I sent to be cleaned. I noticed a couple of weeks after the dress was returned (when I was about to wear it for an evening out) that the belt had not been returned. I am unable to wear the dress now.

The customer service has been shocking as I have had to chase for replies as they are not great at responding and needless to say when I did get a response it was less than satisfactory in fact very disappointing bearing in mind my company pays for this service as a perk for us.
I will definitely be speaking to my company and recommending we find an alternative as the service is shocking.

"Don't use it, go to local dry cleaners"

Drivers have no clue, you spend 20-30 minutes running around looking for them. They claim not to have basic information and make the experience painful.

Customer services kept me on hold for 15 minutes in the cold, standing outside in January waiting for driver who was apparently outside but not outside at all.

Would never ever use this service again and would go out my way to tell people not to use it.

"Zipjet missed the pickup-up time window…"

Zipjet missed the pickup-up time window and completely missed the delivery time, only to deliver my laundry the next day. The evening of my scheduled delivery, I was notified that my delivery was completed. The delivery was then made the next morning. Why select delivery time windows if they aren't used.

Oxford shirts not folded with any care, folded in half and just stuffed in a bag.

I reached out to their customer service representatives and they were understanding but the service itself speaks volumes.
