the pickup brush head will not lock in position.
the only way to prevent it falling over is to lay it on the ground. what buffoon thought this up

Hoover use Evri to deliver, who cannot follow their own policy. Item was not delivered to the correct address (mine) item was left on the doorstep of another property, although no instruction was left by me to leave on doorstep. This is an electrical item why would you want it left on an uncovered doorstep. Evri think because they have a photo of item delivered that this is my issue. and i should suck it up.

Payment excepted swiftly - order delivered to wrong address (hoovers fault incompetent admin) therefore refused. Still waiting over week for replacement due to the fact Hoover will not reship until they wait for DPD to return the original order. Absolutely appalling customer service.

"I love my new cordless hoover"

I love my new cordless hoover, this is the first one I have had. I am 73 and I find this so easy to use on wooden flooring and carpets. At 3.5kg other reviews have said it is a little heavy but in all honesty I find that it is no problem at all, I will add that I live in a bungalow so no stairs. It was easy to assemble and charging the battery takes no time at all.

I bought the HF9 Pet Hoover. It is really light, i am disabled and find this both easy to use, and light to hold. It was easy to put together, although i genuinely hate the picture manual and would prefer written text. I love the sea blue green colour, and whilst ive only been using a few weeks the battery lasts ages. I love that you can see the minutes left on the handle. Its easy to switch turbo on or change modes, although i have all carpets and the standard mode is fine for me and hoovers up all the pet hair easily, i have a Husky and the hair is crazy, and its suction power is very impressive. Easy to empty the waste container and it comes with a little brush to clean it between uses.

Only negative i have is that there is nowhere to store the additional tools and think that the hanger should have some way of allowing you to clip in the additional tools and heads so you always have them on hand.

Delivered lightning fast by DPD and was in perfect condition. Comes with a 5 year warranty, but make sure you keep hold of the packaging as if anything goes wrong with it, it has to be shipped back in its original boxes so dont throw it away.

Brilliant buy for the money ! Easy to use, great and for a small home/ flat. Hopefully my teenage daughter will hoover her room more but I doubt it !
