I ordered this cordless hoover which was advertised as lightweight which is important to me as I have arthritis in my hands. Hoover came up with the goods this is just what I needed.
I wish there was an instruction booklet instead of a video.

Delivery was straightforward but would point out that if ordering on a Sunday the next day delivery is actually next working day not much of an issue.

The appliance is good and solid and craft well - cleary designed by a company who know their business. The value was excellent and will definitely go direct if I need to in the future.who.

The appliance itself works well and feels sturdy with good suction and definitely better than other appliances that we've used over the past few years.

Good value: £109 incl delivery for my red Hoover HF9.
It's quite heavy (I'm a 6ft, athletic m) but as I'm pushing it, it glides fine so it's not a problem.
Battery life says 30mins - fine for my small house.
Suction, manoeuvrability and everything else is good.
