Very poor flimsy appliance's HF1 HF2 Hoovers. Main floor head snapped on first use! These rare very cheaply made and fall to bits and break very easily! Also the customer service just leaves you waiting for months for a spare part, where they keep telling you it’s out of stock. So I haven’t been able to use the main head attachment for months! Non existent customer service, just told to refund and buy another one! Who would want to buy another one when the first one broke after 5 mins of getting it out of the box! I can’t warn you enough, don’t buy from Hoover, it’s a very disappointing and unsatisfactory experience from start to finish! They can’t even supply spare parts even if you pay for them, as the parts breaks so frequently, that you will never be able to get your hands on a spare part with there company! 0 stars experience but I had to give 1 to write this review!!

Very poor quality hoover, NOT AS DESCRIBED in listing, only picks up on boost and run time on boost is approximately 15 minutes, then the re-charge takes forever! I complained and asked to return for full refund as item was not as described. They sent me a QR code to return via Evri and 10 days later I’m still awaiting confirmation that they have received the item or indeed my refund that I’m entitled to. Please do yourself a favour and avoid this company at all costs!

Purchased a hoover in December and it worked for less than 10 mins, I charged the battery on numerous occasions but nothing, dead ..... I've been trying to get a refund for months. There appears to be different businesses/parts of Hoover business (Haier Hoover) looking after Hoover and I've been passed around, promised refunds and still nothing. Buy something else would be my firm advice!
