I purchased my travel insurance in the morning, on the day of my trip. The payment has gone through, and luckily I have a habit of taking screenshots of the confirmations of my purchases online. The screenshot and my bank statement is all I have to prove I purchased the insurance. It's been over 72h now and I had no communication from Coverwise, despite contacting them twice via email. I can only hope I won't need to use my insurance while abroad as I have no details or reliable ways of contacting the provider. I will definitely avoid them in the future.
