"Keine Rückerstattung bisher! Hände weg von Allsaints!"

Bezugnehmend zur Bestellnummer 3000198547 möchte ich eine erneute Bewertung schreiben.
Nach vielen Anläufen bekam ich endlich ein Returnlabel. Ich hoffe nur, dass das Paket nicht an eine nicht existente Adresse gelangt und wieder zurückkommt. Ich werde dann auf jeden Fall rechtliche Schritte gehen, da dies Betrug ist und das Recht auf der Seite des Kunden, da das Returnlabel von Allsaints direkt kam.
Die vollständige Rückerstattung für die Rücksendung steht immer noch aus und nun stellt sich der Kundenservice von Allsaints erneut tot.
Gibt es Erfahrungen, wie ihr letztendlich an euer Geld der Rückerstattung gekommen seid?

Dieses ganze Verhalten von Allsaints ist unverschämt und betrügerisch und nicht mehr EU-würdig.
Ich kann nur alle warnen, nie etwa dort zu bestellen!!!

This review is about the Regent Street store. My family and I really enjoyed shopping in this store yesterday. The staff were so friendly and provided the best customer service experience I have had in London for a long time! Friendly, accessible and helpful. Highly recommended.

"Laughable Incompetence: A Company to Avoid"

Their return policy states that if you return a package to them, they generate a return label but deduct the return cost from the order amount. I returned the package at my own expense, yet they refunded me for the order while deducting the return cost, essentially robbing me. I’m utterly disappointed with the company's incompetence. Their service is a joke. Avoid at all costs!

"Refunded not paid"

I have returned 2 parcels to All Saints, it has taken 3 weeks to get one parcel refunded but now they continue to say they don’t have the other parcel. I have the postage receipt and tracking details that prove both were posted and received, but they continue to say the refund has already been made. I repeatedly supply both tracking numbers and a photo of the confirmation from Royal Mail’s website to prove that 2 parcels were received but I am getting nowhere. I have asked them to call me to discuss since you are unable to call customer service, but nothing. The cost of the refund that’s outstanding is £159, so it’s not just a few pounds! Surely this is illegal to withhold a refund if there is proof that it was delivered!!!

"very arrogant company! stay away"

I have ordered a jacket for Christmas event with black Friday sale but they lost it in transit. After multiple failed attempt to get their attention, I finally got their reply after writing a review here. They did not consider at all of my frustrations about this whole situation. They said they will let me buy the jacket again with the same price but I had to pay full price then they would return the difference. I was just speechless. I told the person that is not even an offer and not will accept that but she just repeated same thing like a parrot and not really care of what I said to them. They are keep saying what works for them and not really consider what works for the customer. I never had such a horrendous experience with any other brands on the market!

Still no refund despite having returned item 3 weeks ago. Absolutely no sensible response from customer help.

"No refund and no reply"

Hi. I returned an item on 23 November and still no refund. I’ve emailed but no one has replied. Very disappointed and it’s really put me off ordering more items.

EDIT- contacted AllSaints via live chat as no one was responding to my emails. Then got email from their customer services, I sent tracker details of the return, filled in form and finally got the item refunded.

"I bought cigarette skinny jeans"

I bought cigarette skinny jeans, after few month of use the denim started to fall apart. NOW it's 8 month, and jeans are totaly wasted. I'll gonna give those guys a second try, because i really love their products design ,but if quality will be the same, i'm out of this. Not gonna pay 140 euros for 2 months jeans. P.s i'll change my review if quality will be good.

"Ordered on the 29/11 but no delivery!"

Ordered trainers for my Wife's birthday which is on the 15th December on the 29th November and they are still not here. Tracking says DPD have the order details but no parcel. I'm told it could take 10 days to investigate with the courier.

Poor service from a company who charge premium prices!

"refund delay"

refund - have to wait 3 weeks.
Returned an item tracked, another item sent at same time from same post office has been refunded. Waited a few days no refund - contacted allsaints via their chatbot after jumping through numerous hoops - to be told it takes 48hrs to get from medway (why shoud I know or care what that is) to them and then 2 weeks to process refund - they said I 'could' contact them after that.. chee thanks..bottom line - from the time of posting back to getting a refund is 3 weeks and do not under any circumstances try and speak to a human about it before then or they get uppity..
