"Awful fabric quality"

About 3 weeks ago I bought a pair of linen blend pants. Super comfortable, great style. The seams are already pulling apart at every stress point, which has never happened with any clothing item I've ever purchased. Absurd, given the price.

"Horrible quality"

Just bought a t shirt. The print is already cracked, its very thin and definitely not made in portugal, paid 60€, 10-15€ t shirts are way better made. Same goes for sweaters or hoodies - everything from this brand is just overpriced horrible peace of nothing.

"Absolute Katastrophe…"

Absolute Katastrophe…. Bis ich endlich ein Rücksendeetikett bekam, vergingen Tage. Dann musste ich auch noch 10€ Versandkosten zahlen. Jetzt nach Wochen bekomm ich eine Nachricht, dass die retoure angekommen ist und mir werden nochmal 15€ (über KLARNA) abgezogen.. absolute Unverschämtheit…

Werde nie wieder bestellen.

"Retourenlabel "

Hallo, leider kann ich seit einer Woche kein Rücksende Label erstellen. Die Kontaktaufnahme funktioniert überhaupt nicht. Der Status bei Global-e bleibt unverändert, daher ist es nicht möglich ein Retourenlabel zu erstellen.

Solch negative Erfahrungen habe ich bei einen Online Dienst noch nicht gehabt.

Update 30.05.24:
Nach viel hin und her habe ich ein Retourenlabel bekommen. Das Paket ist seit 21.05.24 bei Globel -E . Eine Rückerstattung gibt es bis heute nicht !

"Retoure unmöglich"

Global-E erkennt die Bestellnummer nicht und somit ist es unmöglich die Retour einzuleiten. Der Kundenservice ist nicht erreichbar.

Update:
Der Customer Service hat sich zwar nach meiner Beschwerde gemeldet aber bittet mich nun schon zum dritten Mal ein Bild der beschädigten Ware zu schicken. Bis heute war es unmöglich die Ware zu retournieren. Ich habe wirklich noch nie so einen unfassbar schlechten Service erlebt

"Poor quality, faulty item."

Bought a men’s backpack last year for holiday.

I used it once before I noticed, on the second use, that both side pockets zips were bust. I did not use them so it was not me overloading the capacity.

Very disappointed as I now have a slouch accessory where the straps will not stay in the sliding pocket but continuously flap against my legs and two pockets gape open and are unusable.

However taken me this long, to use it again, and remember it’s really only fit for the bin after paying c.£50 in the outlet store for it. A plastic bag would have been a better option and tidier.

"Quality of some of the merchandise I've…"

Quality of some of the merchandise I've ordered in the past year has been sub-par. The purse I ordered was a woven crochet, with tons of loose threads and the strap did not look sewn on well, and there was no lining !
Returns process is soooo annoying from a semi-rural town in Canada. I'm not impressed with Allsaints lately. I expect better from a moderate price-point company like this.

Update: Company response was just the standard regurgitation directing me to their returns portal - which was no help for my situation to begin with. Yeah, thanks Allsaints.

"Weill I must have been lucky my sandals…"

Weill I must have been lucky my sandals were delivered in two days of ordering beautifully packaged too and love them,just ordered my son a T-shirt from the sales and received email saying they are trying to track one down,and if not I’ll be refunded to my card so hopefully fingers crossed 🤞 thank you 😊

"Awful company."

Awful company.
Bought a Cora snap back suede jacket for £350 .
Days later it went down to £270.
I contacted Allsaints to refund the difference as they normally honour that but now they don't .
Had the jacket 5 days .
Absolutely shocking customer service.
No longer shopping at Allsaints will go elsewhere.
Over priced and devalued items .
Have notified trading standards of their practice and any item less than 14 days old from purchase the store is obliged to refund any difference in a sale.
Allsaints are greedy and robbing the consumer.
Avoid from shopping here from now on .
