"AllSaints UAE invalid listing!"

Placed order #FUAE-ON-09377181 on July 16, and got a confirmation email, noticed a delay so I called on July 18, and been informed that there is a system upgrade but the order is fine, just bear with this! then on the 9th day, July 25, I received an email that 3 items are physically unavailable and we initiated a refund that will take 7 to 10 working days to reflect on my account!

In terms of your online ordering: there is clearly a problem. But that made me all the more grateful to Ryan for running such a good operation in store, and I would definitely shop there again.

"No refund or email response for return"

I returned an item on 8th of May and haven’t heard a thing regarding the return, no confirmation of this being received, no money returned and no response to my 2 emails enquiring about when I should receive any sort of correspondence.
No other way to contact regarding returns, I sent the first email on 30th May and the second on 19th June. It seems to be impossible to get your own money back.

Ordered an item online. 2 days later received an email to say it was out of stock. Why have an online business when you have no idea of your stock levels

"They don’t reply to emails"

They don’t reply to emails! I’ve emailed three times now as I sent back my return almost a month ago and they haven’t replied at all. It’s been two weeks since I originally emailed them. They say they have a live chat option but it doesn’t come up on the website at all.
I really like allsaints and I was planning to get a few different bits from them but I still haven’t gotten my money back from my previous order and I don’t want to spend even more when I know I won’t get any help from their customer service if anything goes wrong.

Very poor customer service. I received a garment that had a flaw in it where the label had been sewn. I rang AllSaints customer service and they told me to send photographs and they would look into a discount for me. So the reply I got back was to return the item. Then I got a another reply offering just 15% off. They didn't even read my original email.
