"Have spent a lot of money over the…"

Have spent a lot of money over the years at All Saints but I will take my business elsewhere. Terrible customer service and my returns still cannot be located therefore won’t be refunded. This is truly abysmal. Such a shame as this was once a great company.

"I will no longer buy from them"

I will no longer buy from them, I have returned items and they have not received them and still are charging me for the most expensive thing that I returned appalling customer service, do not recommend

"Baffling customer service"

All Saints had been my go to for basics for many many years. Not any more.
Purchased 2 lots of 3 pack t shirts from Bicester outlet (100 miles from where I live). One of them had a huge oil stain on it, rendering it unwearable. Contacted customer services who, after a 3 day wait, first suggested I return to store (!) to return it. After pointing out I lived too far away, after another 3 day wait, they suggested I return the whole 3 pack for a replacement even though I’d worn the other two, meaning that all 3 t shirts would probably end up in landfill.

So, selling 2nd rate products and customer services don’t seem to have any common sense or a sense of minimising waste. Disappointed.

"Customer since 2011."

Customer since 2011.. Great company historically. Consistently now ANYTHING GOOD is constantly out of stock. Shorts, hoodies, sweats... If theyre so popular and sell out in 5 minutes... Why order so few. Why have everything permanently on sale? Your owners are driving AS into the ground. Constant store closures, moving stores, reducing stock... This is the "writhing before death" stage.

Question to the poorly chosen bosses..
Why are you destroying this longstanding brand of trust and quality???

Probably investors taken over. Weak UK

"Disappointing quality"

Bought some jeans for my boyfriend earlier this year in an outlet. The jeans fitted amazingly and looked great but after a couple months of wear the fabric ripped near the crotch.
This had never happened before with cheaper brands so very disappointed seeing the price of this brand.
Has put us off from buying again as we would rather pay for good quality items.

"Absolut schlecht und überhaupt nicht…"

Absolut schlecht und überhaupt nicht kundenorientiert. Ich habe bei Allsaint eine schwarze Biker Lederjacke gekauft, die nach einem Jahr völlig ausgeblichen und das Leder brüchig geworden ist. Die Jacke wurde von mir wenig getragen und das sowas nach einem Jahr passiert, ist wirklich ungewöhnlich :-( Als ich diese zuerst im KadeWe, dann im Allsaints Kundenservice reklamiert habe, wurde mir folgende E-Mail geschickt:
Dear Diana,

„As a senior member of the team, I wanted to reply to you personally.
I am sorry to hear of your overall experience and would like to assure that your feedback is valued, and has been highlighted to our retail management team to avoid future occurrences.
I can also confirm that the outcome stated in our prior correspondence is considered final and we're unable to support further on this occasion.“

Ich bin wirklich enttäuscht und das für eine recht teure 400€ Lederjacke. Ich werde nie wieder da einkaufen!!!

"Complete lack of communication & care"

I ordered my item on the 29th July and paid for next day delivery. 8 days later, I still have not received my item. I emailed Allsaints, twice and I still haven't received a response. I managed to get through to someone by phone yesterday who advised I contact the courier myself to make new arrangements. Quite inconvenient but I did, DPD stated my parcel will be delivered to my chosen pick up point today however.....it is still at the depot. I was told I would be refunded my delivery charge, in 20odd days.

At this point....I'm at my wits end. Not really sure what else I can do. The moment has past where I needed my purchase but I still want it. I currently have a bigger order in my basket but I'm too fretful to put it through. The lack of communication from Allsaints and the courier is to say the least disappointing. I just want what I paid for. And I really want what's in my basket. It would be cruel for me to recommend anyone else to be subjected to this type of service.

"Love allsaints stuff"

Love allsaints stuff, had 100s of items over the yrs and never had a problem with delivery or quality so I have yet to deal with them regards a problem like most of the complaints here.
