"Nie Wieder"

Schlechte Qualität, Schlechter Kundenservice. Rücksendungen so extrem Kompliziert, das man es lieber lässt. Teure Ware wird Versand aus NL im billig Plastik Beutel ohne Return Label. Pullover haben schlechten Schnitt und fühlen sich auch absolut nicht wertig an. Schade coole Marke aber so nicht.

"SHOCKING customer service. "

I ordered a pair of gloves and a bag on Black Friday and they sent both items wrong. I complained on live chat which took over and hour and got advised to reorder the gloves (as I didn’t realise the bag was wrong at this stage) so I did and they made the exact same mistake again! They have advised ‘as a gesture of goodwill’ they have refunded the gloves and I can keep the item however I am not interested in the item and I have now lost out of the Black Friday 30% off everything offer because of their stupidity yet they are not offering to match this if I place another order. They have since been ignoring emails however I have now sent another email advising about the bag. Absolutely appalled!!! How they can get all 3 items wrong across 2 orders is beyond me and the service followed is unacceptable considering how much inconvenience and time this has cost me so close to Christmas!

"Worse quality products being sold during Black Friday - scammers"

I have been a customer for several years. I have always bought tonic t shirts.

I bought a bunch this Black Friday. All Saints are definitely manufacturing cheaper quality for Black Friday. I know this for a fact as I compared the fit of the Black Friday men’s tonic t shirts to the the tonic t shirts from an independent retailer once Black Friday finished. The Black Friday tonic t shirts from all saints were not of the same quality or fit as the non Black Friday men’s tonic t shirts. This is scamming long term customers and not a way to do business. The t shirts have been worn as I realised this only recently. I want a full refund for the items and to be sold the items again for Black Friday price.

"Awful customer service"

Awful customer service. I have been sent the wrong sizes in two parts, contacted them after the first order received and told them that it is wrong sizes and that on my order it shows they have despatched one item but I received the other and ask them to despatched the one they said they have despatched and they came back saying to wait for another part, which was wrong as well. Emailed them again, and all they said is to return the items and reorder again. What an awful experience, and what a waste of time.

"DON’T BUY FROM ALL SAINTS WEBSITE"

I ordered a pair of expensive shoes at All Saints. The website glitched when I was checking out and I was somehow charged for two pairs of shoes. I immediately contacted their customer service and was told there was nothing they could do, I would receive two pairs of shoes and need to return one. Annoying, but understandable. The issue is that I NEVER RECEIVED the second pair and the company refuses to give me a refund. I’ve contacted their customer service (email is no help, phone line doesn’t work, chat goes no where), and I’ve tried disputing charge through my bank.

I have never written a negative review before, but these shoes were so expensive and l have never had such bad service, let alone be charged for an item I didn’t receive.

No matter how cute their produce may be, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY’S WEBSITE. Please, learn from my mistake and don’t loose hundred of dollars.

"Love the clothes! Great customer service."

Not only are the clothes incredible, I was also really impressed with the customer service yesterday. I bought a pair of shoes from the Bluewater store a month ago and took them back for a refund. I’d lost the receipt and was expecting them to say they couldn’t help but they were so helpful, pulling up my receipt and processing my refund with no argument. Great customer experience!

"Totally overpriced"

Totally overpriced! I bought a few items (jeans, 't shirts, polo, jackets and shoes) and to be honest, the quality is so, so. T'shirts very thin, bad quality. Jeans are not better than the brands that are half the price. Jackets not worth the price. Shoes made in China. High prices, not good quality....not worth it to pay the full price. I bought mine in the outlet but for this kind of quality even the price is too high. Will never buy again! This fashion brand will be out of business in the nearby future....like so many others.

"They don't refund returns - think twice before ordering! "

They don't refund returns...
Refused a return because according to them I sent a hoodie back "without swing tag attached, worn and with both branding label and care label cut off" - which is complete nonsense, I got a hoodie, tried it on for a few seconds, packed it and returned it. Thats all.
Contacted the company, they claim they "investigated" the matter and their view is final.
Well, I never cut care labels off, not even when I keep an item. I don't know what happened but I didn't remove any labels.
Regret not checking reviews on here before ordering anything from them, I see it's not uncommon for them to refuse returns.
I thought it was a solid brand but there you go...

Cheshire oaks store said can only do a return if you want exchange or credit note, even within 14 days.

Pretty sure this is illegal so going to do some further research and come back to take legal action.
