"NONEXISTENT Customer Service"

NO Customer Service AT ALL, Stay Away.

It's been 6 days and multiple attempts without any response from their service after providing a photo of a faulty shoe. I simply just want to get a return shipping label. Not even sure if I can get a refund at all. If no reply from them next week, I am going to file a chargeback from my credit card company.

It seemed like they outsourced their customer service to a 3rd party (service.global-e.com) that didn't care about the brand's customers. This just ruins their reputation. Can't imagine this is a brand with a long history. What a shame and pity.

I have been waiting for 3 days for an e gift to be sent to my s-i-L . I have sent numerous emails an had live chats an they have been unable to sort the issue so I asked for a cancellation this morning. I have been assured a cancellation email will be forthcoming, but like the promise of it being resolved but after three days no further forward. If a confirmation of cancellation and refund is not sent today I will hand the matter to Resolver as they are fantastic at sorting things out . Will not be using them again

"Unfortunately in the UK they use DPD…"

Unfortunately in the UK they use DPD for deliveries who are famous for pretending to attempt parcel deliveries so that they can leave the parcel 8 miles away in a postal centre with half a week to collect it. The clothing quality is nice, but the end to end is not worth the hassle and is disappointing in 2023 vs competitors. Avoid.

"Appalling customer service."

i contaced Allsaints customer service immediately apon receiving an email confirming my order when i discovered i had not changed my delivery address but changed only my billing address. i sent my shipping address with all my contact details. i received an email stating they would forward these details onto the relevant dept and be assured they would get back to me very soon. had to send another email to customer service explaining above as i got no response.
days later i still had no response or confirmation of change of address and still had received no email stating my order was dispatched also never received any tracking number. 5 days later received email from dpd saying they successfully delivered my parcel. obviously it was delivered to my previous address and i was so frustrated as it was a really expensive item, my previous address was an apartment building where it could have been taken by anyone. i drove to previous address and thankfully found parcel left sitting outside my previous apartment in hallway. this experience was so frustrating and customer service is simply just terrible. the item i purchased is not quite right i need to return but am so stressed out with lack of communication from Allsaints that i fear it will get lost or i will lose my money trying to return it. I honestly don't think i will order online again.

"UPDATED review!! Absolutely do not buy from this…"

FINAL update. AllSaints did credit my account and give me a full refund. I do not feel I would've gotten a resolution, had I not posted this review for all to see (as I emailed them repeatedly to no avail until I came here). Regardless, I do feel the need to at least recognize they did refund my account.

UPDATE after finally hearing back from Allsaints after leaving this review, their reply was to tell me I can send the product back, but they will have to view the boots and 'find fault' in the boot before issuing a refund, and my response to them is as follows:
Before I go to the hassle to resend... what EXACTLYdo you consider 'faulty' boots.
I have attached pictures of both of my heels after wearing boots, in my carpeted home, for less than 30 minutes. Literally!!! And these pictures are FOUR days after wearing them! I have bleeding blisters on both heels. It took two people to pull them off, we actually thought we were going to have to use shears to cut the boots. Read your reviews on these shoes, everyone says as much!! So why are you still selling them?
So, whether you can visually see 'fault' on these boots should not be the reasoning for issuing a refund, because obviously, the flaw or fault, is not in how the boot looks, but how it feels on the customers feet
Please advise ASAP, as I do not want to spend the time and trouble to send them back if you guys are not going to refund my money if you don't visibly see 'fault'.
(I am not able to upload pictures on this review but I did email pictures to them of my heels and the nickel size blisters on each of them)

Absolutely do not buy from this company! They're clothes look good, and their website looks expensive so you assume legit, but they are a scam! I will happily remove this review if someone from Allsaints contacts me. There is no phone number, there's no virtual chat like your website says, and when you email the email address on your site, you get no reply! Bought a pair of Chelsea boots that are unbelievably uncomfortable, like literally my feet were bleeding when I took them off and had to have two people help me get them off (others stated this in the review, but I thought I'd give them a shot. My bad) Nevertheless, have made 10 attempts to return the, over $200, pair of boots and I'm getting absolutely no response. Order #2000455318

"WILL NOT REFUND BUT TOOK GOOD BACK"

Very poor customer service they keep lying and saying my refund of over 500 has been issued i have now waiting over 2 weeks they refuse to aknowledge this . EMAIL WAS SENT TO CONFIRM REFUND ISSUED yet no refund scammers . Have to now open a dispute with my credit card company . They do not stick to their refund policy and refuse to refund. DO NOT USE THIS SCAMMER COMPANY . IM NOW OVER 500 OUT OF POCKET .

If you buy something online in the sale Allsaints won’t let you exchange it in store after the sale if the size turns out to be wrong. We were told the systems won’t allow it.

"I bought a forest green AllSaints…"

I bought a forest green AllSaints Belfern suede jacket second hand on Vinted for £90. It was in perfect condition and a perfect fit. As it was second hand, I decided to have it specialist cleaned to freshen it up. I paid £45 for a specialist leather/suede clean in accordance with the cleaning instructions on the label. When I picked it up, the dry cleaner was very concerned that the colour had changed significantly - it hadn’t faded which might have been expected, it was almost black so had gone much darker. When I tried it on, I found that it had shrunk so significantly that I could no longer do it up, and the sleeves were too short. I discussed this with the dry cleaner and they confirmed in writing that that had cleaned it in accordance with the instructions and therefore the issue must be that the cleaning instructions are inappropriate. I contact AllSaints and they will not accept any liability due to the fact that I purchased the jacket second hand. I have offered to return it to them so that they can verify authenticity and also see how significantly has shrunk. They are not willing to discuss it any further. Surely the issue in this case is that the cleaning instructions are unsuitable, and liability for this would lie with the manufacturer? Provided that the item is genuine, it really should not matter whether I bought it new. I am not asking AllSaints to cover the cost of the new jacket, I am only asking to cover my costs. I am very disappointed with their refusal to discuss this and find a resolution.

"Missing order"

My in store experience was really good, however the item I required was not in stock so they ordered it for home delivery. My delivery has now gone missing and DPD has advised me to contact the retailer directly which is proving difficult, we buy and a order a lot with Allsaints and have never before had a problem but this has put me off using them
