"T-Shirt became a mesh top"

I bought a white T-Shirt in December for a winter holiday. After 1 day of wear it started to develop tiny holes. After a delicate wash as advised, the T-shirt had a series of bigger holes. Very disappointed in the product.

I’m a personal stylist and AllSaints was my go to for men’s T-shirts but the quality and fit have really gone down hill. I was never a fan of Tonic - too thin and flimsy. Brace had a much better weight. However, they’re more of a boxy shape now and have lost that softness they were known for. A real shame as everyone does boxy T-shirts. A fitted look is much more flattering.

Ordered shirt and shorts on Thursday afternoon arrived via DPD following afternoon …excellent considering no postage charge …very happy with the quality and price …thank you All Saints my favourite retailer .

Took delivery of a £399 cream leather jacket and found a big black security tag on it!
Not the service I expect from All Saints then to add to my problem in trying to sort out returning it to branch I've had no reply.

I bought two shirts from them and followed the washing instructions i.e wash at 20 degrees which i did in a pillow case on their own. The shirts were ruined with holes in them. Was very disappointed.

"I can't believe they didn't send out…"

I can't believe they didn't send out all the goods! When I reached out to customer service, they flat out refused to help and claimed there was nothing they could do. I had to involve my bank, but even they were ignored. They still had the audacity to try and take my money because I used Klarna for payment. Now Klarna disputes is stepping in. This whole ordeal has been an absolute nightmare. I strongly advise against shopping with this company, as I wouldn't wish my terrible experience on anyone. And to think, this has been dragging on since last November! Becareful!

AllSaints used to be the ‘go to’ brand for well made, well produced, great designed products. Their quality has MASSIVELY deteriorated over the years and are now probably on par with Primark. No offence Primarni fans!! AllSaints definitely need a new CEO, new designers and need to get back to what they used to be good at. Great quality, great designed funky ass clothes. What a shame!!

I've been an All Saints customer for over 10 years. I especially love their jackets and coats (hats too). Recently, I lost a belt from my favourite leather jacket and was extremely depressed because of it. I looked for a replacement belt, but none fit. I felt hopeless. I then contacted the All Saints repair department and guess what? They sorted out the replacement at no charge. Based on my experience, I can tell that it's totally worth investing in their outerwear. Stellar customer service, indeed! *****

"Absolutely horrendous customer service"

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Took forever to respond, refuse to refund when failed to deliver my goods and blaming me for not being able to receive it in person. Now I have to get my bank to involve just to get my money back. Blame and deflect is all I could describe this company. If you like their products best to buy in a shop, but avoid online shopping if you can.
