"SAV menteur"

Suite à ma réclamation (pas d'argent remboursé alors que le pull avait été renvoyé avec leur accord et bien reçu en novembre !), ils ont prétendu m'avoir remboursé une remise sur le pull de 10% (???), et que le reste allait m'être envoyé le 22/12... 3 semaines plus tard toujours rien ! N'achetez pas chez eux, ou à vos risques et périls....Moi, c'est fini. Trop cher, qualité douteuse et SAV ridicule.

Et la réponse dessous.. une plaisanterie... On m'a promis un remboursement je ne sais combien de fois...Et je n'ai toujours rien...Des réponses du SAV pour que vous la fermiez et des promesses...Mais rien derrière...Marre de répéter vingt fois la même chose.

"AllSaints in the UK - always a great experience "

Re. Allsaints in the UK - I’ve always recieved my goods quickly, even when I select the free postage option (which is all the time), the only time when it’s taken an extra day is when they’ve had to source it from a store, which is understandable.

Email responses might take 1-2days, but again, always helpful, and they’ll find out from another department if need be, can’t fault them, and has always been helpful.

Also, Help in stores (up north - leeds store) is always friendly and helpful, and I can’t fault them, it’s always a pleasure.

"Worst customer service from a premium brand"

Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Premium brand with zero respect for their customers.

I returned my order on 3 Dec 2024 and had it confirmed via email, also I had a confirmation email sent of my refund being processed on 10 December.

Today... two complaint emails later (with a generic reply each time), one live chat (with a bot, totally useless), one phone call (directed me to a voice mail to leave a message and someone will get back to me)... and I still have NO refund in my bank account.

The confirmation from Adyen means absolutely nothing to me, it only shows AllSaints is using some dodgy partner to process their refunds - scam people all over!

My bank has no record of any pending refund transaction and it leaves me with nothing else but to report a fraud.

Before you give me TrustPilot ref number to contact you yet AGAIN, here is my order number and I now demand an immediate resolution: 1001544035

"Long refund process - lost a customer "

I have been waiting for a refund for more than 10 days. The item has been received by your warehouse and there is still no sign of your email to process the refund.

Extremely bad customer service. In busy times.

I buy from all saints all the time but in this competitive market i will now choose other stores that do not compromise on customers refund journeys.

"Ich habe leider ein Problem mit meiner…"

Ich habe leider ein Problem mit meiner Bestellung gehabt.
Nach einigen Emails konnte mein Problem zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit erledigt werden.

Die Rücksendung war ebenfalls ohne Probleme!

"I have placed an order and paid the…"

I have placed an order and paid the additional for next day delivery. Since placing the delivery there have been no updates other than awaiting dpd to pick up. The website states that the help centre is opened but they are closed and the chat system is also disabled. A auto email response advised me that it can take 2-4 days to get a response. Customer service level is unacceptable and it is unreasonable to pay delivery charges when items can’t be delivered on time or tracked !
Extremely disappointed.

"Terrible customer service and refund…"

Terrible customer service and refund process - Extremely Disappointed
I recently returned an item to All Saints, and despite Royal Mail confirming delivery two weeks ago, I am still waiting for my refund. I’ve had to call their customer service team three times, and instead of resolving the issue, they’re asking me to fill out a customer declaration form. This is completely unacceptable. If Royal Mail confirms the parcel has been delivered and All Saints has verified this, it is their responsibility—not mine—to investigate and resolve the matter.
The lack of accountability and the hassle they’ve put me through is beyond frustrating. It’s clear they do not value their customers’ time or trust. I’ve been a customer for years, but after this appalling experience, I will never purchase from All Saints again.

"Awful delivery service "

Good quality clothes, but awful choice of delivery partners. I paid for next day delivery and they sent the parcel with DPD.
Even though I was home all day and even though I provided instructions for safe place delivery, worthless DPD employees yet again failed to deliver and dropped my parcel off at a local store.
Beware, DPD consistently fails to deliver in South West London and no stores should use them.
