"Downhill "
Expensive and the quality of their products it’s on downhill. Buying their stuff for years but it’s just getting worse. The last drop on the glass I bought a hat for a techno party same day on the train the hat broke the leather bits on the back just came out so I can’t wear it after. Tired of the bed quality… I’m spent a thousands with them but I’m done no more all saint until they fix the quality of their products.

"No customer service at all."
I made an order in Nov 2024. The clothing is largely of a good quality and I'm content in that regard. However the boots purchased - whilst very nice - were found to be poorly made with internal stitching coming away in one of them after just half a dozen uses. I have since reached out to their customer services email 3 times without response, over a period approaching one month. Given it's not acceptable to pay nearly £200 for a pair of boots to last one month, I'm left little choice but to consider a charge back.

I've never needed support from customer services so can't comment on that front but ordering / returning has always been really quick and easy. Products are high quality and enjoy what I end up keeping.

"Purchased New Sunglasses"
Purchased new sunglasses from All Saints website.
They arrived with large scratches along the rims and arms and were not packaged for protection. There was also a large scratches along on the leather case they arrived in. They also had multiple price tags on the labelling showing that these are either very old damaged stock or were a previous return that they thought they could get away with sending below par product to a new customer. Very disappointing for a high end brand like all saints.
I have started the returns process immediately.

"Returns system is horrific "
The delivery was fast and efficient.
The returns system is a circus act. It takes FOREVER to reach their warehouse. After one week in transit still not there. They tell you it goes to a Royal Mail depot first and then has to transit to their warehouse which can take 48 hours. So far it’s taken 3 days and still not notified of reaching warehouse. They tell me that once received by warehouse it can take 5 days to consider my refund and another 5 days to refund me. In total it’s going to take 2-3 weeks for my money to go back on my card. By comparison I returned an item to Selfridges the same day as all saints. I had confirmation of receipt of my return in two days and money back on my card 4 days later. All saints just want to hang on to my money longer. Not interested in customer service. I will never buy from them again. I am due £ £ 660 refund. My card needs paying now. I’m a pensioner age 80. I feel as though I’ve been scammed

"Customer service / Communication skills"
I visited the store in Victoria square Belfast to change a birthday gift ( shirt ) for my son to a bigger size. The very pleasant shop assistant went to get me the bigger size but returned to tell me they couldn’t exchange the shirt as it had been damaged due to a white mark on the shoulder and it had a smell as though it had been worn. The label was on the shirt and the mark rubbed off. I have never returned an item of clothing that had been worn. She then got the manager Connor who came out with a stinking pompous attitude, he worked with the computerised till with a heavy hand, never at any stage give me eye contact, infect made me feel as if I had done something wrong. I apologised and give assurances that the shirt had not been worn he has yet to acknowledge me speaking to him. This is the first time I have ever had to leave a negative review regarding an experience. I would recommend that Connor receives further training to improve his communication skills. Due to my experience today in the Belfast store any future All Saints purchasing will be done on line.

"Faulty blazer sent to me"
I ordered a cropped blazer in the sale which arrived yesterday. It had a hole in the shoulder where some of the stitching had broke, white marks all over the back and it is quite creased. The white marks are shiny - unsure what they are and if they can be removed.
I was given option of repurchasing and returning the faulty one or keeping with 20% discount. I want to wear it at the weekend plus I don't want to have to spend another £100 buying a new one. I’m unsure how long the refund for the faulty one will take so I’m reluctant to purchase a 2nd one in the meantime. So I’m considering the discount option as I can get the stitching repaired but need to decide if I can put up with the marks. It was insinuated that it was already in the sale so I was already getting a good deal therefore 20% is the best they can do. It was in the sale yes but I still expect an item that is new and without flaws. Overall a pretty rubbish shopping experience.
