"Humiliated, demeaned and dehumanised at your own home by AllSaints who find making women fearful and uncomfortable amusing"
A significant portion of my wardrobe is from AllSaints, all bought in store over many years as I've always loved their clothes. After my first online order with them I will never be purchasing from AllSaints again.
AllSaints delivery driver (DPD) held his phone up and appeared to take a photo of me at my window (after I'd opened window to say thanks and ask him to leave package on doorstep, completely normal and never had an issue doing this with previous deliveries from DPD/others), I asked what he was doing, he said he needed a photograph of me. I told him I did not consent to being photographed and asked him to delete the photo, I told him I'd open the door to sign for the package instead (although after a previous assault and home burglary I do not feel too comfortable doing this but if proof of delivery is required then fair enough I'd sign for it). At the door he held the phone up again to take another photo, I told him, again, not to photograph me (I was in pajamas recovering from surgery).
I told him again I'd sign whatever needed to be signed to acknowledge delivery, he stated there was nothing to sign and that he was *required* by AllSaints to take a photograph of me, I again stated "no do not photograph me, I do not consent to being photographed at all".
After I told him multiple times he did not have permission to photograph me, my eyes were welling up with tears and it was very clear how upset he was making me but he just went on and on, he continued to take two more photos, showing me one of the photos "look it's only of your feet" he exclaimed, as he showed me photograph he had taken of my bare feet. All photos were without the package which was still in his hand (so there was no "proof of delivery" in any of the at least 3 photos he took). I again asked him to delete all photos he had taken and advised him yet again that I had told him not to photograph me at all. He had been smirking throughout however he then started to laugh hysterically as he found my very apparent discomfort amusing and told me to "contact the company if you don't like it".
I contacted AllSaints, their online "chat support" stated:
"AllSaints does not require delivery drivers to take photographs of customers. If you encounter this situation, please ensure your safety and consider reporting this incident to the local authorities if it feels appropriate"
"Our delivery drivers should not ask for photographs of customers. If you have any concerns about the behavior of a delivery driver, please ensure your safety first and consider reporting this incident to the local authorities."
Later an AllSaints employee emailed to state the complete opposite:
"our couriers routinely capture photos to confirm successful delivery"...it would appear the AllSaints chat bot isn't familiar with AllSaints policy.
I then received a phonecall from one of their "managers" to state that yes the POLICY IS DRIVERS MAY PHOTOGRAPH CUSTOMERS, I later found the UK website stating they may photograph "the parcel":
"drivers will take a photo of the parcel as proof of delivery".
The EU website states none of the above.
Nobody at AllSaints appears to know what the policy actually is and after 1 week they were still unable to confirm the official policy in writing, stating they are still "investigating".
They offered me 10% off order as a goodwill gesture stating "I understand your frustration", as if my "frustration" is the issue, AllSaints clearly see no issue with this vile policy which puts women at risk. I made it clear to them I had no interest in a "financial" resolution and what I wanted was to make sure the issue never occurred to another of their customers via policy change.
After 6 weeks they responded to state "a single photo was taken, capturing only the driver’s feet" --> essentially denying the entire incident.
If you'd like to be humiliated, demeaned and dehumanised in your own home by men who find making women uncomfortable amusing, fueled and emboldened by AllSaints' *policy*, then by all means go ahead and order from AllSaints - otherwise go anywhere else.
(The jacket I'd ordered needed to be returned, it was about 2 sizes bigger than labeled, the leather was also terrible quality, nothing like previous leather jackets I've purchased from them. I kept the 2 tops I'd ordered, although both poor quality, one had inches of thread hanging off embroidered piece on chest, which I needed to stitch and trim, with cheap material nothing like AllSaints pieces I've purchased in store over the years. AllSaints are currently selling overpriced tat and have utter disdain for their customers, specifically women. Really wish I'd checked other reviews before ordering).

"Inexperienced people and rude attitude "
I had a disappointing experience at AllSaints in Covent Garden. The staff seemed inexperienced and told me I’d get 10% off for signing up online, but didn’t mention it only applied to full-priced items. When I raised this with the manager, I was met with a rude attitude instead of help. I expected better customer service from AllSaints.

"Absolutely disgraceful"
Absolutely disgraceful! Returned a jumper- brand new, never worn, still with tags attached. Got rejected at the warehouse and sent back to me.
Now what? An £89 jumper which I'm stuck with!
Not good, not helpful.
Will never shop here again.

"Used to like this brand"
Used to like this brand, now they are just milking the branding but quality is bad. The jeans used to be pure cotton, now they matched crappy Levis mix of elastine, really really bad. Cheaper for them to manufacture but the price stayed the same. I wouldn't buy anything except leather jackets from here even though they are not as good as the price indicates.

"What has happened to AllSaints quality"
What has happened to AllSaints quality? I have shopped at AllSaints in store & online for over 20 years & it was my favourite brand. The quality has gone downhill lately & this seasons clothing is shockingly bad. Ugly prints with ALLSAINTS written all over the clothing in huge white letters, awful!!! Looks like a cheap sports brand! AS was always know for its unique designs & prints & subtle logo. The mens shirts have cheap & nasty white buttons even if it is a black shirt! Horrible! My husband always bought his shirts from AS but won’t anymore due to the cheap buttons, he buys elsewhere, better quality & lower price. It’s such a shame as we used to love AS for its edgy, rocky styles. Come on AS you need to go back to your roots!!

"Poor quality, even poorer customer services"
Last year I bought for the wife a pair of leather trousers.
They have been used a grand total of five times.
They were a loose fit and most definitely on the larger side, yet on the fifth wear, the leather tore clean at the stitching for a good four inches.
It was not the stitching that gave way, the leather tore, that flimsy it was.
Although it was well past the six months stipulated by the consumer rights act 2015, I emailed customer services to get some remedy.
They kindly sent a label for a return and inspection, and it was from there that things went downhill.
First I had an email to the effect that the return was invalid because it was not in a resaleable condition.
When I pointed out that it was a return because of a fault, they simply said that they had expressed themselves poorly, but they were still returning.
When I escalated, they seemed completely unfazed by the fact that the leather tore so easily, and directed me to my credit card provider.
Seriously, I have never seen leather tear at all, let alone by this much, so the materials that they are using are clearly flimsy, but what really annoys me is that as a reputable firm, they should have offered some compensation for a repair.
They might have been good once, but my experience is that their products are no longer quality, and customer services just does not care.
Stay away.

"Horrible Experience"
I have been a loyal customer to the brand for many years, have over 10 leather jackets from them. Late last year, they abruptly change how they handle returns, and closed their US based landlines. I wasn't able to reach to customer service and I filed a dispute with my bank. In the same time, reached out again to ALLSAINTS hoping to get things resolved. In return, ALLSAINTS blocked my account, and finally took their product back with refund. Extremely disappointed on how they handle things. I understand the US customers have different expectations, but this was really subpar. Why would you block the account of a regular loyal customer? Bad experience.

Ordered two bags only one came in the package. They are not helping and not resolving at all. DO NOT order online with them such a shame!

"Horrible experience"
Horrible experience, their customer service is just appalling. Earrings delivered to me in ziplog bags with no hygiene seal and when I send them back I was told I can’t return. They can send something to me that anyone could have tried before as bags were opened but I cannot return cause they say they are not returnable for hygiene reasons…
