Appalling company, do not use them. Breaching customer rights act, terrible customer service.

I ordered an air cooler and emailed customer services to see when it would be delivered - as I hadn't heard anything about when it would be dispatched. Emailed chasing, still no reply. The item arrived, but I was not impressed with the lack of response from customer service - not once, but twice. It doesn't take much to reply to an email.

Brought the 6L air cooler only used it a handful of times and then it stopped working completely! Emailed them to sort this out and was told that nothing could be done as they have a 30 day policy on returns regardless if they are faulty (I emailed on day 34) however under the Consumer Rights Act I have legal rights to have the item repaired or replaced within the first 6 months of purchase as the item is FAULTY! Having told them this they have still refused to do anything! Absolutely shocking customer service and they are breaching the Consumer Rights Act!!
Reported to Trading Standards and currently going through a PayPal claim to hopefully get my money back!
