I have purchased the black 4 piece rattan suite. While I had to wait for replies, very frustrating, I did get my suite within the 4 day time
Period. I have marked them dow 1 star purely for lack of confirmation of
Order or delivery. The suite is beautiful and went together very easily. I can’t wait to be sat out in the sun. Very well made too

I have received not what I ordered so I asked how I could send it back for a refund. No replies to emails any more. Being ignored. They knew they had done so on purpose. Bitterly disappointed.

These chairs are great. I was a little dubious at the time as they came up s a random ad. So glad I bought them - they are as advertised. Very sturdy and so,so comfy. Just one issue - only received one cupholder for two chairs.

Gravity chairs arrived in a very state of packaging hanging out the box it was that badly damaged, luckily the chairs had escaped apart from a few scuffs. all set up easily, but one chair the welds are already broken (not damage as paint covers where the weld should be... emailed Keplin to receive no response. so based on poor quality and no response to request for help - bad
