There are a lot of bad reviews about Keplin. My first order is excellent, a 100 foot retractable house which seems good, super quality. I have bought about four previously of other makes and they all failed almost immeadiately and leaked, not possible to shorten or repair. So we shall see. I speak as I find.

You are asking me to review two chairs that never arrived. Your company is not contactable and the tracking number is a dead end. You had no trouble taking my money though. If they don't arrive soon I will be contacting Barclaycard for a refund. Not much of a review but sorry it's all I have.

I ordered two chairs online and they came damaged. I’m still trying to organise sending them back for a refund. They don’t answer the phone and they don’t reply to emails. I’m still currently trying to contact Keplin as I write this to get a refund.

I ordered sun loungers with canopies, but they have sent them without. I emailed on the day they arrived, and again 4 days later (today) and all they have sent me is this automated email asking for a review!
