Placed a order. Received order confirmation.

Two weeks later NOTHING! So emailed them.

Was told my order was cancelled because I hadn’t put in my delivery address….

Firstly…. Why didn’t they notify me of this? Why wait for me to chase them up to inform me and issue a refund?

Secondly…. I checked my order confirmation and BAM my delivery address was clearly stated on there.

Absolute waste of time! Don’t bother.

Very much mislead as it does not blow out cold air I have tried using very cold water aswell as ice cubes and still not very effective. It’s pretty much an expensive fan. Not very impressed

Although I didn't receive my order, due to an issue, the company follow-up process was great. Very good communications were had and I was refunded all of my money back. I will certainly use them again. 😁
