SkyBooker booked my flight with American Airlines AA 8986 for Tuesday, 18-Aug-2020. Due to COVID-19 issue American Airlines CANCELLED the flight and SkyBooker declined to give a complete refund. I called up American Airlines and they informed me that the Airlines had refunded entire amount back to SkyBooker.

Their customer service is a Piece of *Art*, as they kept on pushing the issue.

I was refunded only $900 from a Full Charge of $1708.35.

In this moment of World crisis, crooks like SKYBOOKER are making money off with cancelled flights.

I will contact FEDERAL TRADE COMMISION, DEPARTMENT OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS.

I will also POST further reviews on FACEBOOK, LinkedIn and similar social sites to make people aware of this crooked company and their parasitic practices.

I had a future credit and when I was ready to use the difference it was $130 more respect with my last ticket and they never refunded this money back. It’s my second and last time that I buy some flight with Skybooker. Never again.

"We are not be allowed to rebook flights…"

We are not be allowed to rebook flights using our voucher from flights to Italy this year. They are stating false booking criteria that are not in Deltas policy. We get hung up on regularly. If there is a class action lawsuit we will certainly join.

"Taking money from bookings cancelled"

I booked a British Airways flight to Europe online with this company. Then the pandemic hit and the country was closed and my return flight cancelled (later the outbound one was too). I contacted them and initially they gave me a voucher then I called back and said I wanted a refund and knew the airlines had been giving refunds. So for the $1600 ticket I got $1180. refunded, they kept the rest. The customer service person said that was all they would refund me.
So I am very angry at having to pay $420 for nothing!
The travel industry and this company in particular did not make money when the pandemic hit and in fact were probably losing money, so they are trying to get whatever they can from people. But is that not what happens in business! If you are not providing the goods or service you don't get paid. Expecting your customers to pay you for nothing just because "we will go out of business, we are not making money!" That is not a business that is at best a Go Fund Me page. Really Skybooker! you are a business and if times are tough you don't get charity to stay in business so why did you take all that money from all your customers. Just because you have the power to do so. Well customers you have the power to never use this company!
What they have really done, is make me very reluctant to do any travel of any type in future. Is that what they want? Alienating your customers.

After our trip ($2411.12) was cancelled, United Airlines refunded our tickets ($1911.12) to Skbooker to be sent to us. Skybooker refuses to refund those funds to us. They state the $1911.12 is all fees. But they also will not send a statement breaking down said "fees". They have STOLEN the $1911.12 that United Airlines (I have written proof) sent to them for us. Complete fraud and theft of property. What legitimate company makes money from working people via theft. Such a sad thing. DO NOT USE SKYBOOKER ,,, they WILL steal money from you.

I work in law enforcement and can assure you this company is an absolute scam. They did not communicate my cancellation which I didn't discover until 5 days prior to my flight. They blatantly lied to me after I used a so called voucher for other tickets. I confirmed this by calling the airline. I spent approximately 1500 dollars and they ultimately returned 1100 to me. This is where their fraudulent behavior was even more evident as they refused to communicate with me how they established their fee schedule as this was about 39 percent of the purchase price. There is not a disclosure of any kind in any prior communication or on their website. I am inquiring about a class action law suit as I am not the only victim. Lost my trust with third party vendors. Their criminal behavior and cover up was reiterated when they tried to take down this review. I'm truly hoping my review will prevent you from making the same mistake which will cost them more in revenue than they embezzled from me.

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BOOK through SKYBOOKER - THEY ARE CROOKS! I SWEAR....
I purchased other airline tickets through other 3rd party (online) agents who have refunded me IN FULL after the airline cancelled their flights.
KEEP IN MIND - SKYBOOKER HAS RECEIVED REFUNDS FROM THE AIRLINES BUT THEY ARE NOT REFUNDING THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!
