"Avoid at all cost."
We had a flight to Europe last year that was cancelled due to COVID. They offered a credit initially but we never could find a flight through them that worked for us to use. I then asked for a refund and they agreed to provide it to me with 25% being kept for fees. Note that they never could provide an explanation on how those fees were calculated. I agreed and then they issued a refund that was short of what they had promised me. I have spent the past three months trying to get them to provide the missing amount but they won't respond to my emails and when I call they tell me it will be processed within the next 3-10 days, which never occurs. I don't believe they have any intent to refund me the remaining amount and will not honor the amount they agreed to refund me which was already substantially less than what I paid. Please learn from my experience and avoid using them.

"Frank is the man"
Frank is the man! I’ve been helped out by SkyBooker and it means a lot after being trapped for 2 days in Memphis trying to head to Miami. Frank found me the flight when no others could find departing for the next couple days and swapped to it at no extra cost. You can trust SkyBooker. I trust them based on actual experience.

"They don't give refund on cancellation…"
They don't give refund on cancellation and rebooking is costing more money than what is available from other agents.

"Horrible customer service.This pandemic…"
Horrible customer service. This pandemic is not the travellers fault.I booked 2 flights to New Zealand now they say there no refunds. Just a credit for New Zealand again and we all know New Zealand has done an amazing job with Covid. You don't even have the option to use credit anywhere else.We both lost our jobs and this refund would definitely help us .Never again .

"*Update* Compagnie did the extra miles and take iniative regard customer services."
*Update*
Well like some other i got some issue regarding my fly cancel due to covid 19. The first time i call the customer service said that they have problem with reimbursment and i cannot got one. But they take the décision and the iniatives after my call to work with the airline (air canada) to get my money back and the day after i got a call to say that i will get my money back minus a little fee (50$...a that point its very little considering the fact that they still have people to pay and still have and will work to help you) .
So yeah...force to admit ticket are cheap and in the end they did what they have to do to make me satisfy as a customer and even make the extra miles by taking initiative even when times are hard for themself.

"Helpful customer service"
To me, customer service is everything when working with a business. Like many, my trip to Europe, going through Canada, using AirCanada was cancelled. When my flight was canceled, I contacted SkyBooker via phone and was given my options - full future credit on Air Canada or a refund, minus the fees I agreed to when booking. I choose the future credit and asked for an email confirming our conversation. After receiving that, I have chosen that method to correspond regarding my status. I am writing this today because yesterday I recontacted Skybooker via the same email chain to make sure my status has not changed and to confirm the value of my credit and it's expiration date. Answers were clear and concise so I now have a plan to use my credit once travel opens a bit more. I have time to travel so hope that Air Canada will extend the date of my credit expiration, if it comes to that. In the meantime, I wait and feel assured that eventually I'll get to use that credit (soon, I hope). I appreciated the helpful customer service provided to me and look forward to booking my trip on Air Canada. I debated about a 4 star review or a 5 as I'd like a 4 1/2 since my travel hasn't actually been scheduled yet. I decided to round up to a 5 because I feel confident that they will continue to respond to my emails and get my trip scheduled. Thank you in these strange times!

"Absolutely Horrible!!"
Horrible, horrible service!! Bought my ticket in January for June. In the meantime the pandemic hit so the airline canceled my trip. At the time, I tried to get a refund but Skybooker said that AirCanada doesn’t offer refunds so my only option was credit. I rebooked again for August. It was again canceled. In September I tried rebooking again but they said that they have no flights available for the date I needed. At that point I requested a refund - I don’t see how their inability to offer a ticket when I need it gives them further reason to keep my money. Skybooker kept blaming AirCanada, they said that the airline doesn't offer refunds so their hands are tied. I went on to contact AirCanada and filed for a refund on their website.. after quite a wait they answered and said that they will offer a refund minus a $300 fee. I accepted, so they went on and sent the refund to Skybooker and then eventually to go back to my card. So, my first ticket was $1,282 in January, the second ticket, in August, costed me another $112 difference. I’m not a math genuis, but $1,394 minus $300 is exactly $1,094. Skybooker gave me a refund of $650!! It is outrageous! I called them last night, and one John Smith who I spoke to kept mumbling and putting me on hold to find additional information.. in the end he said that the difference of $444 represents their booking fee. I asked for a breakdown of that fee and he told me he doesn’t have access to it! How in the world does skybooker not have access to their own “policy”?? How did they know how much to keep if they dont know what it’s for?? They are lying through their teeth!! My wife bought her ticket on their website but it was with United and when they refunded her ticket, they only kept $150.
I am absolutely enraged and cannot believe that a company like that is allowed to keep on doing business! I’ve spend hours and hours on the phone with them and had to put up with people who don’t give a crap about their customers and treat them like they’re doing them a favor! I will be filing complaints with the customer protection office! This is UNNACEPTABLE!!

"Only Partial Refund for cancelled flights…"
We spent $1658 USD for Sept 2020 flights from DFW to FCO. AA canceled their flights to Rome and Skybooker inly refunded $1350, keeping $300 for flights that were cancelled. I would like to join a class action lawsuit against this company.
