"FRAUD!!!!!!!!"
FRAUD!!!!!!!!! Bought an Air Canada flight with Skybooker as travel agent. Flight was canceled due to COVID-19. Air Canada agreed to a full refund. I contacted Skybooker for a refund via email. They responded with an email where employee, Randy Thomas, requested a $200 fee per person for the refund to be granted and requested partial credit card details. This did not sound appropriate so I called Skybooker and requested a refund over the phone. They granted it immediately with no request of fees. It is my belief that this employee is attempting fraud to gain personal funds from those seeking refunds at this time. I have contacted Skybooker directly by phone x 4 and requested to speak with management each time about these concerns. No one has been available and no one has called me back as requested. I am concerned this fraud is wider spread than just this one employee.

"1 star is too much!The worst company…"
1 star is too much! The worst company ever! Max, highly doubt that is his real name, plays games with my money. $12561.42 I spent for tickets for 6 adults for a Friday night at7:20pm. he changed it to Thursday at 1pm, THE DAY BEFORE when all of us were working. Max wants to give me $7000 and keep $5561.42 in FEES, crazy man. They sneak fine print that you cannot contest with your credit card company, which I did. They are a scam of HUGE proportion, STAY AWAY you will be screwed out of your hard earned money. $12561.42 is MY money and I will never give up fighting for it.

"I am a registered nurse that has been…"
I am a registered nurse that has been under so much stress since the pandemic started. To top it off my husband's mother passed away right as the pandemic started. He has been trying to get to Greece for over a year to say his goodbyes and finish up any business over there. Skybooker keeps changing the price of the tickets and is now refusing him a full refund. They are offering him less than 50% of what he has paid them. This company is horrible and I will NEVER use them again. I am under enough stress as it is, without needing a scam artist company robbing my husband. Thanks for nothing Skybooker.

"Canceled my reservation without notice"
I booked a flight on Delta through Skybooker yesterday. They sent me an email showing what I had paid and confirming my purchase. Sounds good right? Wrong!
I show up at the airport and… Delta has no record of me on that flight. I show them the email and they shrug, telling me “you’d better call this skybooker”. I call skybooker and they tell me “oh, your reservation was cancelled, we sent you an email”. I check my email and there’s NO email telling me my reservation was canceled!
Now I have to buy another ticket for twice as much and wait two more days for my trip. And I have to hope these jerks don’t charge my credit card erroneously for the fake reservation they made for me! Avoid!

"SkyBookers help and airlines rip-offs"
I had ticket dealings with SkyBooker quite a few times now due to cancellation of tickets during the Covid pandemic. I had to cancel two trips, first because of a lockdown in the USA and then because of a new lockdown in Europe.
I find agents at SkyBookers very helpful and understanding. I dealt with John Smith (?) and he went out of his way to help me with my booking, especially with addressing my credit of near $1000 with Lufthansa.
John was taking on my irritation with the airlines and stayed calm and helpful. However, I have a lot of issues with the airlines and intend to take the matter further.
My original flight in 2020 was with Lufthansa. While booking today, Lufthansa came up very expensive, so I booked my flight with KLM which was much cheaper. Final destination was Warsaw.
However, Lufthansa refused to pass on my full credit to KLM and kept $150.00 to themselves. This is all wrong and a daytime robbery! I had to cancel my original flight due to Covid - which was not my fault. We were promised to get a full credit/refund at the time. Lufthansa refused a refund in 2020, so I was stuck with a credit. And then, in 2021, they refused to pass on a full credit to KLM.
Apparently these are their rules, - never mentioned before in 2020!.
I am very unhappy with this situation and feel that airlines have been taking advantage of passengers for too long now. Is there a consumers’ representation on issues like this?
To top it off, KLM refused to include my luggage (1 suitcase) in their price! I have never ever been or heard of a transatlantic flight with no luggage allowance! This is a new rip off, so passengers beware! All transatlantic flights have an allowance for 1 suitcase and hand luggage in the price. Is KLM coming up with new ways of scheming off money from passengers?
So, all in all, I am very unhappy with the airlines, but thankful to John Smith ay SkyBookers for dealing with my issues.

"Skybooker is a great asset to have"
Skybooker is a great asset to have, Agent John Smith called me to confirm flight details and even helped me change a reservation on the spot! Really appreciate the diligent work and attention to detail in his response! Great guy, great company! God bless

"Whatever you do"
Whatever you do, stay away from this company. They are completely shady and their customer service is horrid. They cancelled fights due to covid and are unwilling to pay me back,

"Skybooker is a complete scam"
Skybooker is a complete scam. I was given a $700 credit because of a flight I had to cancel due to covid. But when I booked a new flight they said I could only use what turned out to be about half of the credit. The excuse was that the new flight was a different flight “class”, so I asked could they get me a flight with the same flight “class” so I could use my full credit. Anyway, after numerous calls and emails and getting absolutely nowhere I eventually gave in to reduce the frustration and stress. Basically I presume they just pocketed half my credit. I obviously will never use them again and just wanted to warn others about their shady dealings. Skybooker and “Airfare Experts” who is another name they go under are complete crooks and should be avoided at all cost.

"YOU WILL BE ROBBED"
Every review on here about extorsion is true.
My airline is providing refunds for flights cancelled last year due to COVID, but is telling customers to go through their booking agency. Skybooker is trying to charge me a $100 service fee to refund me (this amounts to 20% of my ticket price). They will not provide a clear justification for this charge and although I have been directed to their Terms & Conditions, there is no information for this type of situation. Just terrible. Avoid at all costs.
