It has been a while I have experienced top grade customer service from a company. Despite purchasing two items on line, I had to seek some advice due to a part exchange. The sale staff who helped me was very patient, friendly and gave very helpful advice. Unfortunately one item had a manufacturing defect which was dealt with efficiently and exchanged with no questions asked. Louise from the Service and Returns dept was particularly helpful and pleasant who efficiently dealt with my replacement. Probably deserves five GOLD STARS for the best customer and after-sales service from any organisation I have had the pleasure of dealing with!! I will 100% shop with them in the future
