The purchasing experience on the website was easy and my order was dealt with promptly, with the dryer being delivered on time. It's an excellent dryer and at a competitive price.

However, it was disappointing that the delivery men refused to help me move it from my doorstep because it needed the packaging removing in order to get it through the doorway leaving me faced with either leaving it on my doorstep until I could get someone to help me carry it through to my kitchen or carry it through on my own. This is, unfortunately, what will put me off ordering again from Peter Tyson and recommending anyone else do so.

I order a pair of refurbished Q Acoustics 3050 speakers. Unfortunately I was missing some of the screws & spikes to set them up. Peter Tyson customer service were very helpful, and quick to react. I was sent the missing items via next day delivery. Loving the speakers, and with a 5 year warranty thrown I'm laughing.

What amazing friendly experience, I contacted them about a Tumble dryer and Ben suggested a heat pump dryer, I told him I had a limited budget and he was very understanding he helped choose an A+++ rated dryer and even knock money off as I was struggling to meet price. I don’t know why some people give them poor reviews, but just talk to the staff and they’re not only understanding but very helpful, they go out of their way to make your shopping experience better. We need more people like these staff in more places. Well done to all of you who work tirelessly to help people with difficulties.
