But when I got seriously impressed was when the speaker developed a fault and had to be returned for repair under warranty. They communicated brilliantly and made extra efforts to get it back to me before I went away.

Recently purchased a Marantz receiver from Peter Tyson, delivery was quick. After a couple of days, decided I'd like to upgrade to the next model up. Contacted PT and asked if this was possible and within a few minutes had a reply confirming that it was. They sent me a link to pay the extra for the upgrade and then arranged delivery of the new receiver (next day) and pick up of the return at the same time. First class customer service. I've dealt with PT now for a few years and have always had excellent customer service.

Had a fantastic experience with Peter Tyson I wanted advice on my first hifi setup. I emailed them and told them what I wanted from my set up and what budget I had. They got back to me with a set up that I liked the look of but I still had a few questions to ask, so I rang the store and got to speak to Alan P I asked a few questions and they were answered very politely and professional he explained everything to me including the importance of getting decent speaker cable. I am very happy with my setup and I dare say I will be back looking to upgrade in the near future.
