"Good company let down by currier."

Good company let down by their choice of currier namely DPD who lied today saying “sorry we missed you”.
The truth is they never came near my door!
My contract is with Peter Tyson to arrange delivery of the product and therefore they must take some responsibility for this.
DPD state they will try again on Monday however if they fail to show again I shall have to cancel my order, (made 5 days ago) obtain a refund and go to another supplier who don’t use DPD.

Bought a Pioneer receiver and Q Acoustic speakers from PT. Delivery and transaction was swift and efficient via DPD. I also traded in my old receiver but was not sure how to send to PT. Rang them prior to delivery and spoke to Ben from AV who gave me perfect instructions. Delivery, exchange and subsequent rebate of my trade in was flawless. Unfortunately there was a manufacturing fault with my new receiver which was also dealt with effectively by Louise from services. After chatting to PT again a decision was made to do a direct swap which was concluded within 24 hours. Louise from Service department was amazing knowledgable efficient and friendly. It has been a while since I have experienced an amazing customer service ( both in sales and after care) for a long time especially when my original purchase was done on line. I would like to give this company five gold stars plus! I will certainly custom with PT again in my next AV upgrade
