I had a few issues with a previously purchased (from them) AV system and they could not have been more helpful in trying to resolve it, both in their after sales support and positive and helpful attitude - how many retailers e.g. the people who serve curry :) - would, after two years give a toss..... their ongoing technical support and eventual return to the repairer, covering all carriage costs involved has been excellent.
I have subsequently upgraded to a different make and again they sorted out all the returns and carriage costs etc. also offering an acceptable trade in
