"The real deal"

We had our apprehension about puppy sites found on the internet because of the crazy world we live in. Puppyspot is the real deal.Our puppy actually had a luxating patella(grade one) that was diagnosed at her final exit vet exam. (This is quite common for small breeds and because she’s a young puppy and this could go away or at least never bother her after her muscles develop more.)Puppyspot honestly disclosed this to us and they were so understanding about what ever decision we made to go through with the sale or not. They did not pressure us at all. In fact, they were so non judgmental and comforting on whatever decision we decided to make. They even had a second opinion performed by an independent vet which diagnosed the same thing. After talking to several vets and vet techs on our own about this, we made informed decision to purchase our sweet, smart, little puppy. The communication between the breeder, PuppySpot, and ourselves was absolutely amazing. The left hand always knew what the right had was doing. The response time between all of us was great, as well. We are so happy that we went through PuppySpot because if we hadn’t this scenario would/could have played out differently. We would have gotten the puppy after driving 5 hours each way (total 10 hr)and found this out when we got home and had her exam done by our vet. Then we would have felt much differently about the breeder and our puppy. We would have felt a lack of trust. Instead, with PuppySpot we ended up feeling confident and trustworthy of both breeder and puppy! We have a great puppy, great breeder, and great company that helped us make this very important decision.

Excellent experience! It has been about 5 months since finding and purchasing our puppy from PuppySpot. He is perfectly healthy and the happiest, most loving puppy. The entire process was easy and efficient. They took the time to answer all my questions and kept me well informed of the progress, what to expect, and what I needed to prepare for our new little guy. At first, the price seemed high but when I looked around at other sites, they were actually competitive if not better. I also considered the effort and work that PuppySpot puts in, the costs and effort the Breeder puts in, and it makes sense. My experience was fantastic and I highly recommend.

everyone was very helpful except one person on the phone hung up on me. He was talking over me and was very rude. The team also forgot to upload the new images I had requested from the breeder

"Nothing per se went wrong"

Nothing per se went wrong. However I would never by a dog from PuppySpot again. After I had already paid them (my fault) I was asking questions about the breeder. They would not tell me the breeders name. Also, you can not pick your dog up from the breeder. Both red flags. They said I would get information about the breeder when I received the puppy. When I went to google the breeder after I got my puppy there was virtually no information on them. The whole thing was a bit scary. Stupidity on my part for not doing my due diligence first. However I took the dog to the Vet the day after I got home and she said she was perfect. With the exception that she was a little thin. Oh and the dog food they said they were feeding her, couldn't find it anywhere on line. When I called puppyspot to ask the breeder where to by it they never responded back. I called again, same thing, never responded back. Not a horrible experience because the puppy is great. But I wouldn't do it again.
