Very easy to convert from TELUS (ADT). The tech (Adam) was professional and knew how to test the system. He also knew how to fix an issue that my previous provider couldn't diagnose. Excellent service - I wish I had switched earlier!

The installer was knowledgeable,courteous and willing to answer any questions we had. The second person I spoke with on the telephone to order your service helped out and installed our service in just a few days. The first person I spoke with was extremely cavalier and could not have cared less about my circumstances.
My initial call to order your service had me signed up and transferred me to your installation department where my order was quickly canceled because I required the service sooner than the installer had booked me for. Had I not called back the next day and spoken to a more moderate customer service representative, I would now be with a different company. I have been with your company when I previously lived in Canada and knew that one bad apple didn't color the entire company. So I'm back and happy about it.
