The technician arrived on time, was courteous and friendly, knew exactly what to do, did it efficiently and our system is now working well.
We had previously been with another well-known company for several decades and had become frustrated by poor service, high prices, and the continual attempt to sell us new equipment. Now our older system is functioning well again and our monthly fees are less than half of what we were paying before. So far we are delighted with our decision to switch to the Monitoring Centre.
On my first call to the Monitoring Centre, the person I spoke with knew exactly what I was talking about (which was not the case with other companies), and everything she said has come true - including restoration of service and price. I am a very happy customer and am also happy to recommend the Monitoring Centre.

So far so good, what ever we agreed, you delivered. Technician Satinderpal Mann explained and answered all the questions. Well behaved boy made me happy. Only thing is that it is not $9.99 plus six months free, so ad and in reality it is a huge difference. Landline home owners will pay $9.99
Per month and those with WiFi internet twice per month the one above. But it is still cheaper than others anyways for the mental satisfaction.
