"Your tech was very late for his…"

Your tech was very late for his appointment. He did not have assistance from another representative. Previously, when we signed up with your service at our other dwelling, there were two representatives. Your tech didn't have a step ladder to use. Luckily, we had one. We were not told that there would be another box beside our router. We felt that we were better informed about hookup during our previous experience. Your tech was very polite and knowledgeable. We are seniors and not tech savvy, therefore, we felt that it took us a little longer to understand how to program the system through our cell. We felt that at times your tech seemed a little frustrated at our knowledge. Thank you.

"Good overall, but costed more than expected due to the technician bringing the wrong sensor "

We ordered an alarm system for our warehouse. One bay door and two human doors. Although it was mentioned that one of the doors is a bay door, the rep didn’t come with the right sensor. They sold us one that doesn’t work for it, then sold us another one specifically for the door, but had to come a couple of week after to install it. The service had been good over all and the system is working fine. The technicians are also very friendly.

"Responsible,prompt,clear,helpful "

An agent of the monitoring centre called me to test one of the systems which he said was not testing properly on their monitoring systems for motion.
He was clear about which one it was. He asked if we could test it while I was on the phone. Gave me clear directions on how to go about how we could test it. I was able to reset the motion sensor using this and he was able to confirm it worked.
It was quick , clear and was done without any in person visit . Saved everyone time and showed me they cared.
I was with Chubb security alarm and had trouble getting through to them even when my system was in alarm mode from a faulty cable … first they didn’t pick the line for days, weeks and when they did it was endless transferring of lines … saying they did not know how to sort it and a person had to come in but it was only 2 weeks before a technician could come in.

I think his name was gilb( gilbert) . He suggested many things which was practically sensible for security.

"Wow what a nightmare of a company to…"

Wow what a nightmare of a company to deal with. I got alarm monitoring from them. They said we have a promotion for a 2 year deal and we can give you a better rate if you pay for 2 years in advance. So I told them that I will be moving in 2 years and will not need the alarm monitoring any more. They agreed to that and we signed a agreement with a one time payment for the 2 year contract. Then they renewed my contract and charged me a higher rate and processed the payment on my credit card without my consent. They kept my credit card info on file even after they told me they would not. This company is unethical and dishonest. They don't send you an invoice or reminder notices or any information about the renewals and just go forward with charging you every year. Horrible customer service!
