I'm very pleased with the service from The Monitoring Centre. The system in my building was quite old but working well when the tenants moved out.The original monitoring company had sold to Telus and they wouldn't allow my former tenants to put the system under my name , they had to terminate the contract .After some very high quotes I turned to TMC and they came to my rescue with inexpensive monitoring. Adam the technician was on time and sorted through the system and left with everything explained and working well.Some batteries needed changing and the people at the monitoring centre were very considerate and helpful
