I was a bit disappointed to find out that we were not able to install alarm sensors on our windows due to age of the windows, therefore waiting a month for installation to find out we could only get 50% of the products that we expected.
Communication upfront of requirements would be helpful to avoid this situation and client dissatisfaction.

"Rude and dishonest company"
They installed the wrong equipment, and then tried to charge me to replace it. I was billed multiple times and overcharged for service. Price lock was promised but they increased the price. They ignore emails for months and refuse to completely fix what they’ve done. Then they harass you by phone to pay them more. They make 10 mistakes, fix 2 of them months later, and try to keep all the extra money they’ve taken! AVOID!
