Why are you bothering me with an impertinent message? My alarm system was just activated a few weeks ago and the message sent indicated there was something wrong with the system? Very alarming and time consuming!

The initial contact and subsequent installation were pleasant and efficient. We were rate them 5 out of 5.
Several weeks later, we had an ant infestation in the kitchen glass break. We requested glass bake be replaced, and were quoted +/- $200. We believe that quote was excessive and unreasonable. We did not proceed.
We are very disappointed with the follow up response from TMC in weeks of the initial installation.
We believe a reasonable resolution Should’ve been the replacement of the gas brake at no charge.
