"Remote not working"

I had a problem where one of my blind remotes stopped working. Elise was very helpful, she contacted their supplier and initially tried to troubleshoot it. When that didn’t work, she got the supplier to send me a new one. Elise was quick to reply and efficient at dealing with my enquiry.

We ordered 5 aluminium frames and we had to change the size of 1 off them. Luckily we caught them before manufacture and they happily changed the size straight away. all done same day with no problems.

"Exceptional Customer Service"

I can't praise Duration windows enough, and in particular Vicky from After Sales! We had a set of bi-fold doors fitted back 2014. The doors were amazing BTW and still look amazing 10 years later. Recently we had noticed that we were getting draughts from the doors which after 10 years you would expect, with the gaskets and seals becoming less flexible. I contacted Vicky in After Sales and sent my order details. Within a few days, I have a full set of replacement gaskets and seals and also a replacement exterior door handle which was starting to show signs of weathering. I fully expected to pay for these as the doors are 10 years old. But no, this was all free of charge and delivered next day by DPD. I am shocked at the level of customer care they have shown us, and it really doesn't get any better than this. Vicky was exceptional and really went the extra mile for us. So happy and would 100% return to Duration in future and highly recommend this company!!!
