The windows were of very good quality and delivered within the given time frame. What sets Duration apart was their attention to a couple of issues which were handled swiftly and without question. "Three goes to get it right after a survey costing £850"

This is my third order with Duration for French doors with astragal bars. I wanted 2 sets for the same room and chose to pay for a survey at a cost of c£850, which I did not previously do.
The doors were supplied with astragal bars at the wrong height and with one of the frames that was 5.5cm out and necessitated a second visit to re-fit parts after around 5.5 weeks.
When the fitter came for the second visit the astragal bars weee insufficient and so he had to return a third time.
This is a development property and the 6 week delay has cost me time and money.
The survey was a complete waste of money and I have asked for a refund and for my email to be forwarded to the MD. This has not been done and I’ve not had a refund.
Incredibly disappointing and a complete waste of £850, 6 weeks of my time and hours of driving back and forth for the fitters (who said this experience is not uncommon).
Cheaper does not always equal better, unfortunately.
