Have twice ordered windows from Duration and have been impressed by the competence of the patient telephone administrators Amy and Amber and the accuracy of the finished products. Customer satisfaction followup from Ken appreciated. Delivery man good humoured, helpful, and enormously strong.

Working with Duration over many years has always been a great experience. They are helpful, responsive and make fantastic products.

We recently had an issue with a lean-to glass roof installed for a client fitted a year ago (things do rarely but occasionally go wrong for many reasons) - but the team at Duration (Elise Ingram especially) have been very helpful in trying to get it resolved and helping us to find a solution. Its a comfort to know that manufacturers like Duration have good aftercare which is why we refer them to our clients for peace of mind.

Needed new rubber seals for my 6 year old roof light.Duration sent out the new rubbers with in 48 hours . They were real helpful and apologetic even though the rubber is 6 years old and perished due to age so no need to apologise. Amazing customer service. Thank you.

Duration windows provided excellent customer service from the beginning to the end. Duration fitted some bifold doors with electrically operated internal blinds several years ago. One window developed a fault and Duration arranged for a replacement window and blinds and kept me informed throughout the process. Elise was so helpful and the installers did a nice clean job. We are very pleased.
