I recently purchased three secondary glazing units. To see if they would make a difference in my home.
I am really pleased with the quality of the windows and ease of fitting.
However I am super pleased with the difference they have made. I can feel the thermal benefit in each room, almost eradicated condensation on the old single glazing and the sound benefit was something I did not expect. Really reducing the road noise from outside.
I will now place an order for the rest of the windows!

Booked a visit to the showroom where we met Ken.
Told him what we wanted and he advise us, then show us the products that were on show. Went home & few days later we email Ken the ordered of sliding door, 2 windows & a skylight. What more can i say Ken a credit to the company. Now waiting for products to arrive around February.

We have used Duration for many years now. We find the product good, and easy to install. If we have had any issues these are normally resolved very quickly.
Ken who was the last person I dealt with was very knowledgeable and helpful, as were the rest of the team.
