"A GREAT OUTCOME "

This review focuses on what I call OUTSTANDING Customer Service…because things can go a bit pear shaped…the ability to continue the swift ordering & delivery process with immediate support once an issue is discovered…AWESOME!!!

We recently purchased two Pink Dorian Floor Standard Lamps for our lounge!!! It started with one…but ended with two. The long & short of this tale…the original arrived within 3 days of ordering…unfortunately it had minor but visible chips on the product.

Happy to try & repair if necessary…a replacement was on its way. This one much better but still with some chips.

But…we love The Lamps…and ideally wanted one…so discussed the repair option for us to take responsibility for…and The Pooky Team offered some compensation.

The result…we have kept both with our Shade & Bulb Accessories…and they look and operate BRILLIANTLY!!!

It was a GREAT CS EXPERIENCE when things could have got a lot worse…thanks to THE POOKY TEAM.
