"Pooky / Athena chandelier"

The light looks beautiful, but unfortunately, it developed pitting around the bottom of the brass frame. I reached out to Pooky multiple times without receiving a response. However, after leaving a review, Bryony from Pooky contacted me promptly.

The response I received was exceptional. Bryony offered to replace my Athena light with a new one, which would be inspected before sending, and also offered to contribute £170 toward the cost of an electrician to install the new light.

I’m thoroughly impressed by the customer service and the willingness to go above and beyond. This experience has given me confidence in purchasing from Pooky again in the future.

We visited Redbrick in Yorkshire. The staff were so helpful and patient trying different sized shades on lamp stands for us. We placed an order through the staff. The shades and wall fitting came within a few days.

There external wall lights are a joke, who ever designs this doesn't have the installer in mind.
I will be telling all my clients to steer clear in the future or will refuse to install them.

British made, i.e. not Chinese.

Only manufacturer to offer a second cell for longer life, so that lamp won't have to be dumped.

Design and 3 light grades means you could take it to a dinner table or watch tv without it shining in your eyes, yet if you want to play cards, etc., the brightest light sheds life around the table.

One star off, because I am still smarting from the price! For my daughter's home/garden, this lamp is a real investment.
