"Beautiful but challenging "

Although the pendant lights look elegant and matched with my expectations in terms of style ; the effort required to fit and instructions from Pooky fell considerably short .
My husband is very experienced with electrical fittings and has fitted numerous pendant lights in our home.
He found the space in the brass ceiling fitting was barely adequate to comfortably fit in all of the chocolate box style connectors, and especially where double wires were running from the ceiling for multi-way switches.
The holes on the brass ceiling fittings were not large enough to hold the finishing screws ; he had to enlarge these with a drill .
The lights arrived without instructions, after a call to Pooky they did email them over but they were not clear or detailed enough . I did unfortunately get the impression that the marketing team were not really interested in my concerns. Finally one shade would not sit straight , it resembled a flying saucer , a spacer had to be added by ourselves . I will be nervous about changing bulbs as this may cause imbalance again .
Visually pleasing but buyer beware , more trouble than worth sadly .

Beautiful product. The quality was clear from the moment I opened the packaging. Although small the lamp is weighty. I've charged it once and it's still going strong. The perfect lamp to brighten up any area with no access to electricity. I already had an idea where I wanted to place the lamp and it certainly has made an impact. I will be purchasing more in the future. Couldn't be happier.

We had to delay the despatch of our 'chandelier' as we were going on holiday and when they came to send it they found a non-electrical fault in the only one left.
As the electricians were scheduled to come and move the ceiling mount to the right place over the table, Pooky sent me the faulty one (not sure why it was faulty) with a promise to send a new one when they came back in stock and it should be an easy job just to connect this into the same connections.
Really focussed on customer satisfaction. Thank you.
