"Tank delivery."
I received an email asking me to check my tank and send the level. After this I was offered a slot to fit me in for a gas top up.
The tank delivery arrived the very next day with a lovely driver who was cheery and chatty. Excellent experience.

"A good, efficient service, no complaints on that BUT….."
I have had the distinct impression that I have been placed on ‘the naughty step’ in your books. At a time when I thought I was being virtuous for economising in my use of gas (Putin’s war etc.) you have punished me by charging me a ridiculously high rental for my tank . This is not appreciated. Further, on making a full tank order (in July) recently you charged me 59p a litre, higher than I have ever been charged before even at busy times of year. And this at a time when one is led to believe that the crisis is now somewhat abated and oil and gas prices are lower. Hence three stars not five. Clive Boddington
PS. I have been contacted by Northern Energy. They have reinstated my original tank rental in the light of the fact that I recently ordered a full tank refill. Much appreciated.

"LPG delivery without hassle"
After 10+ years with a multi national supplier I moved to Northern Energy earlier this year for my LPG. The reason I changed supplier was due to fact that during the period December/January my supplier regularly had difficulty in providing automatic top ups, and it was not unusual for my tank to read zero despite my repeated requests for a delivery. So far Northern Energy have been able to provide a top up within 48 hours of my putting in a request, and this level of service means that I no longer have to be worried about running out and chasing constantly for delivery details. So far I am delighted with the service provided.

"Excellence all round"
Excellent communication and offer of mid summer propane top up so sensible for both sides. Drivers very skilfully manage a difficult tank access. Prices kept at a very reasonable low level. Cannot think of a better level of service

I emailed a request for an LPG top-up and it arrived next morning! But if I do need to phone about anything, the phone's answered without my being held a queue or having to listen to music; staff are helpful and know what they're doing. (It seems very odd that the big suppliers charge more for worse service.)

READ SMALL PRINT ON BACK OF CONTRACT. They quote you a FIXED price and then in the small print say they can increase the price if wholesale gas goes up. This is not a fixed price. Beware!

"Really efficient delivery"
Really efficient delivery, helpful and friendly drivers. The only hesitation in keep using Northern Energy is that the prices are higher than most other suppliers. But the service is consistently good.
