Excellent service from NE. Being able to top up the tank when it’s at 50% is a brilliant initiative and ensures customers can stay in control off the costs of topping up. On the odd occasion when I’ve had to call their office it’s so refreshing to be able to speak to a friendly individual rather than someone in a call centre. Keep up the good work.

This company actually care about their customers, fantastic first class service always from office staff and delivery drivers. I have never had to worry about getting my LPG delivery and they never let you down. Very competitive prices, and always pass the reduction on to the customer when they can do so, you know you’re getting the best deal possible. Thankyou Northern Energy it is much appreciated.

I have been a Northern Energy customer for LPG for many years and have always found them friendly and efficient; I have never been left without gas, which did happen in the past with other companies. I wish they could match the lower prices offered by some, so can only give them 4 stars.

Excellent communication with the office. All drivers of the tankers very easy to deal with and again very helpful. They are all obviously very proud of the company and being at the sharp end present the company in a very good light. Also very easy to talk to the office and discuss any issues. NOT an answering machine or reading scripted answers. Real people proud of their company who realise the importance of the customer. As a result we have full confidence in the company and the support they provide. Thank you.
